Registering for online access

Creating a secure online account will enable you to:

  • Book appointments
  • Cancel appointments
  • See your forthcoming appointments
  • See your medication list
  • Order repeat medication from that list
  • Review your recorded drug allergies
  • View your medical record
We recommend patients set up the NHS App as it will allow you to access online services across the NHS. It is availble on iOS, Android, or on the internet.
Set up the NHS App:

  1. Download the NHS App to your phone or use the NHS App Online
  2. Follow the steps to set up your account. You will need to enter your NHS number and the postcode that we hold for you.
  3. Verify your identity using the self-service process. Please let us know if you have any issues.
You can view our full instructions here.
(Alternative) Create an account on Patient Access:

  1. Check you have already registered with us, otherwise your attempt will be rejected
  2. Visit https://app.patientaccess.com/registration
  3. Complete all the registration screens & obtain your login details
  4. Bring your photographic ID into reception to have your account authorised

Until you have visited us with your ID, your account will be restricted.
