Ways to get a repeat prescription
There are several ways to get a repeat prescription:
1. Use our online request form
to order a repeat; 2. Deliver the printed right-hand
half of your last prescription (with the items you need ticked) to the
surgery; 3. Post internally or by Royal Mail the
printed right-hand half of your last prescription (with the items you
need ticked) to the surgery; 4. Fax a completed printable
request form to us on (023) 8059 3259.
Important notes: i) We need 2 working days to
process your request; ii) Unless you supply a
stamped-addressed envelope you will need to collect your
prescription from reception in person; iii) If you
wish someone else to collect the prescription on your behalf, please
tell us who they are when you make the request;
iv) Only drugs set up for repeat and within their review period
can be ordered using this system. You may be asked to make an
appointment if we cannot supply them without a consultation. |
