Since 1st July 2004 Southampton City Primary Care Trust has purchased the medical care for all patients from West Hampshire
Out-of-hours Service at the following times:
   • before 8.00am on weekdays
   • after 6.30pm on weekdays
   • all day during weekends & public holidays

If you have a non-urgent or non-life-threatening problem, you have the choice of:
   • Looking after yourself until we are next open
   • Visiting a pharmacy to get advice or treatments over the counter
   • Calling NHS Direct on (0845) 46 47
   • Calling the out-of-hours GP service on (0300) 300 2012
   • Visiting the Minor Injuries Unit at the Royal South Hants Hospital
   • Visiting Bitterne Walk-In Centre

If you have a problem that is urgent or life-threatening when we are closed you should contact:
   • South Coast Ambulance Service on 999 (or 112)
   • visit the Emergency Department at Southampton General Hospital
