help reduce and manage mild to moderate depression and anxiety based
difficulties. Southampton Steps 2 Wellbeing Service offers help to
people with:
• Depression and low mood
• Problems with anxiety and worry
• Obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD)
• Post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD)
• Specific phobias and fears
• Panic attacks
• Stress
• Trauma and abuse
• Bereavement and loss
• Low self-esteem and low self-confidence
• Relationship issues They offer a range of interventions including:
• Telephone support
• Face-to-face interventions such as CBT
• Group work
